Before our clients invest in any international trade shows, primary market research etc, many of them like to know whether they can apply for any financial assistance offered by the DTI. Aspyr Marketing advises and assists our clients by guiding them through the process.
Step 1 - We send out initial questions to clarify what sort of business they are, what size and if they have been trading for more than a year with Audited Financials. These questions determine the extent of the assistance that the company can receive from the DTI and/or if they can apply.
Step 2 - If they can apply, they then appoint us. This involves planning time lines, assigning responsibilities and collating all the information required to complete the application document, culminating in the submission of a complete application.
Step 3 - Once the client has completed the show/PMR, we then assist in collating and submitting the complete Claim document. This is an important step as it is dependent on the client's compliance with the requirements stipluated in the DTI's letter of approval (Step 2).
Step 4 - Once the Claim has been approved, we remind the client that they have to submit a 6-month report back to the DTI on the show.
